1. The service
Kaza VPN ("Kaza", "we") provides encrypted internet connections through servers we operate, delivered through our apps and browser extensions. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You need a valid email address and must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person or one household on the Family plan.
3. Plans and payment
The Free plan is free. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Prices are shown in the app and on this website before you pay and include applicable taxes where the price is displayed as such. Payments are processed by Stripe.
You can cancel at any time from the app or your account page; your plan then ends at the end of the period already paid. If Kaza is not for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, once per customer.
4. Acceptable use
Kaza is for private, lawful use. You may not use it to send spam, attack other systems, distribute malware, infringe others' rights, or do anything illegal where you or the server are located. We may suspend accounts that do, and we will retire server addresses that receive serious abuse reports.
5. Devices
Each plan includes a number of devices. You can add and remove devices in the app. Sharing an account beyond your household or reselling access is not allowed.
6. Availability
We aim for the service to be available at all times, but we cannot promise that a particular server or country is always reachable. Some networks and countries interfere with VPN traffic; stealth mode helps but is not guaranteed to work everywhere.
7. Privacy
What we store and what we do not is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
8. Changes
We may update the apps, the service and these terms. Changes that matter to you will be announced in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Kaza after that means you accept them.
9. Liability
Kaza is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
